I use to never sleep.
I could function on five hours.
One day I read how sleep was the time your body repairs itself, so I decided to get 8 hours a sleep every night.
It really made a world of difference. I had more energy, lost weight, looked better and yeah…get 8 hours people.
I really wish I COULD get 8 hours.
i need to fix my sleeping this summer, i have tend to be like 9-10 this past week
